These cookies are among the best I've ever tasted. The only downside is that each batch only makes about 15-16 -- not a big deal -- until you taste one and then want two dozen more!
The coconut oil in this recipe gives the cookie a delicious flavor. Because I'm not a huge fan of chocolate, I'm going to experiment with replacing these dark chocolate chips them with raisins. I'll keep you posted on the results.
